This Acceptable Use Policy sets forth the rules and guidelines for using the Finamize platform. All users, whether professionals or clients, are required to comply with this policy to ensure a safe, professional, and legally compliant environment.
The Platform may be used by professionals to manage client relationships, provide advisory services within the scope of their SEBI or ICAI registration, publish research reports and investment baskets, and manage invoicing and compliance documentation. Clients may use the Platform to discover and connect with financial professionals, receive advisory services, and manage their financial documents.
Users shall not engage in any activity that violates SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, or any applicable Indian law. Specifically, users are prohibited from providing investment advice without valid SEBI registration, sharing login credentials or account access with unauthorised individuals, using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform, and engaging in any form of market manipulation or insider trading through the Platform.
All content posted on the Platform, including research reports, reviews, and messages, must be accurate, non-misleading, and compliant with SEBI advertising guidelines. Content must not contain guaranteed return claims, misleading performance metrics, defamatory statements about other professionals or financial institutions, or unsolicited investment tips targeting specific securities without proper disclaimers.
Professionals using the Platform are expected to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct as prescribed by their respective regulatory bodies. This includes maintaining client confidentiality, disclosing all material conflicts of interest, providing services only within the scope of their registered categories, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date registration details on the Platform.
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension of account access, permanent termination of the account, or reporting to relevant regulatory authorities including SEBI. Allumer Fintech Private Limited reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action without prior notice.
