This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through the Finamize platform. All refund requests are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and SEBI guidelines.

1. Professional Subscription Refunds

Professional subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days of purchase if no client connections have been established. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.

2. Client Subscription Refunds

Clients who subscribe to professional services through the Platform may request a refund within 7 days of the subscription start date, provided no advisory services have been rendered. If a professional fails to deliver agreed-upon services, clients may raise a dispute through the Platform’s grievance mechanism, and a full or partial refund may be issued upon investigation.

3. RA Basket Subscription Refunds

Research Analyst basket subscriptions involve access to curated investment recommendations. Due to the nature of financial research, basket subscriptions are non-refundable once the first set of recommendations has been delivered. If no recommendations have been received within 7 days of subscription, a full refund may be requested. In cases of material misrepresentation, refunds will be processed after review by our compliance team.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Bank processing times may vary and are beyond the control of Allumer Fintech Private Limited. A confirmation email with the refund reference number will be sent upon processing.
