Welcome to Finamize, a platform operated by Allumer Fintech Private Limited. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Finamize platform, including all associated services, features, and content. Finamize is a technology platform that connects clients with SEBI-registered financial professionals, including Chartered Accountants, Registered Investment Advisers, Research Analysts, and Certified Financial Planners.
“Platform” refers to the Finamize website and all associated digital properties operated by Allumer Fintech Private Limited. “Professional” means a financial services provider registered on the Platform with valid SEBI or ICAI credentials. “Client” means any individual or entity that uses the Platform to seek or receive financial services from a Professional. “Services” includes all features, tools, and functionalities offered through the Platform.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Professionals must provide valid registration numbers issued by SEBI, ICAI, or other applicable regulatory bodies during registration.
Finamize serves as an intermediary platform and does not itself provide investment advice, tax advisory, or financial planning services. All such services are rendered directly by SEBI-registered professionals through the Platform. Finamize verifies professional credentials against public registries maintained by SEBI and ICAI but does not guarantee the quality or outcome of any professional engagement.
Clients are expected to provide accurate financial information to their chosen professionals, make timely payments for services rendered, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Clients acknowledge that investment decisions carry inherent risks and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
All payments processed through the Platform are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated under Indian tax law. In compliance with Section 194-O of the Income Tax Act, 1961, Allumer Fintech Private Limited shall deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on payments made to professionals through the Platform at the prescribed rate. Professionals will receive TDS certificates in the prescribed format.
All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Allumer Fintech Private Limited. Research reports, investment baskets, and advisory content created by professionals remain the intellectual property of the respective professional, subject to the Platform’s licence to display and distribute such content to authorised clients.
Allumer Fintech Private Limited processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). We act as a Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act and ensure that all personal data is collected, stored, and processed with valid consent and for legitimate purposes. Users have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of their personal data as provided under the DPDP Act.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Allumer Fintech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the use of Platform services by providing written notice. Allumer Fintech Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, though obligations regarding outstanding payments and data retention under applicable law shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation.
