What We're Launching

Finamize opens to the public on 25 May 2026. This is a factual account of what will be available from day one — what the tools do, who they're for, and how pricing works. No hype. Here's the substance.

For Financial Professionals

The platform addresses a specific operational problem: SEBI-registered CAs, RIAs, RAs, and CFPs spend a disproportionate amount of time on practice administration — compliance filings, client communication, documentation — rather than the skilled work they are trained for. Finamize reduces that overhead with purpose-built tools for each license category.

For Chartered Accountants: An integrated ITR generation and e-filing centre with client data import, GST module with GSTR-1/3B return filing workflows, TDS compliance tracker, audit forms management (Form 3CD, Form 3CEB), DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) tracker with expiry alerts, ROC compliance calendar, and a MIS summary dashboard. All tools are built against the Income Tax Act, 2025 — effective April 1, 2026 — not the pre-consolidation sections that most legacy software still references.

For SEBI-registered RIAs: Client portfolio management with financial overview dashboards, recommendation delivery workflows that maintain the required audit trail under SEBI Investment Advisers Regulations, risk profiling and retirement projection tools, and a compliance calendar with all SEBI-mandated annual compliance items pre-loaded with alerts. The advisory pitch mode lets RIAs present their approach to prospective clients through a structured, compliant interface.

For Research Analysts: A subscriber management system, equity basket creation and publication with real-time performance tracking, research report delivery, and a rebalancing queue for managing basket changes at scale. Finamize does not take a cut of subscriber revenue — the service fee is charged to subscribers on top of the RA's listed price, so RAs keep 100% of their listed earnings.

For CFPs: Comprehensive financial plan creation tools, goal-based planning with milestone tracking, client financial overview dashboards, and family finance management for clients with multi-member households. CFPs can link their profiles to RIA registrations where applicable for a unified compliance record.

For Clients

A verified marketplace of SEBI-registered professionals. Every listing is cross-checked against the SEBI Intermediary Portal before publication — you can see a professional's registration number, registration type, and current status on their profile before any engagement. Filter by license type (CA, RIA, RA, CFP), by location, or by specialty.

Beyond discovery, clients who engage through Finamize get a unified view of their financial position: portfolio analytics, AI-powered spending insights categorised from linked accounts, EMI and loan tracking, and the ability to manage finances across multiple household members under a single family finance dashboard.

Research Analyst subscribers get direct access to equity baskets from SEBI-registered RAs — curated stock recommendations with real-time basket performance tracking. Basket subscriptions are processed through the platform; there is no separate off-platform payment required.

Pricing

Professional pricing has three tiers. The Core plan is permanently free and covers basic client management, a marketplace listing, and standard practice tools. Plus (₹2,499/month or ₹20,990/year — equivalent to 10 months) adds advanced compliance tools, the full client management suite, unlimited client records, and priority marketplace placement. Premium (₹4,999/month or ₹41,990/year) includes everything in Plus, white-label client portals, and dedicated onboarding support.

Research Analysts have no monthly SaaS fee — the model is entirely subscription-revenue-based. Finamize charges subscribers a service fee on top of the RA's listed subscription price. The RA receives their full listed price with no deductions.

Client access to the marketplace and basic tools is free. Premium client features (advanced analytics, unlimited family members, priority advisor matching) are available on a separate client plan at launch. Full details are on the pricing page, including the 14-day free trial on Plus and Premium professional plans.

Launch Timeline

Early access registration is open now at finamize.com/register. Professionals who register before 25 May 2026 receive a 30-day extended free trial on the Plus plan (instead of 14 days), priority marketplace placement for the first 90 days post-launch, and direct access to the Finamize team during onboarding for any setup questions.

Public launch is 25 May 2026. From that date, the marketplace is accessible to clients without registration, all professional tools are available to registered and verified professionals, and new professional applications go through the standard SEBI verification workflow (typically 3–5 business days).

What Finamize Is Not

Finamize is not a broker, a mutual fund distributor, or an investment manager. The platform does not execute trades, manage client money, or distribute financial products. Every piece of financial guidance delivered through the platform comes from a verified, registered professional — Finamize's role is infrastructure and marketplace.

The advisory relationships are between professional and client, governed by their direct engagement agreement and the applicable SEBI regulations. Finamize provides the infrastructure, verification, and practice management tooling. The professional provides the advice.

If you're a SEBI-registered professional looking to grow your practice, or a client who wants to find and work with verified financial professionals, register now for early access.
