Upload documents manually (drag-and-drop PDF, JPG, PNG up to 25 MB per file), or connect your DigiLocker account for government-verified documents. You can also forward documents to a dedicated upload email address (unique to your account) for automatic processing. Supported formats include PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and common spreadsheet formats for bank statements and CAS.

Auto-Organized by Type
Documents are automatically categorized into the appropriate folder: Tax (Form 16, ITR-V, Form 26AS/AIS), Insurance (term life, health, motor policies), Investments (mutual fund CAS, demat holding statements), Identity (PAN, Aadhaar, passport), Property (sale deed, tax receipts), Bank (statements), and Loans (sanction letters, NOCs). You can override the automatic categorization and create custom folders if needed.

Share with Your Professional
Grant your connected CA, RIA, or CFP access to specific documents or entire folders with one click. Set permission levels (view-only or view with download) and expiry dates for time-limited access. Your professional receives a notification when documents are shared and can view them directly in their Finamize dashboard. All access is recorded in the audit trail.

Full Access History
Review the complete audit trail at any time: every upload, view, share, download, and deletion is logged with timestamp, user identity, and device information. Filter the audit log by document, user, action type, or date range. Export the audit log as a PDF for your records. This trail provides verifiable evidence of who accessed your financial documents and when — invaluable for dispute resolution or regulatory compliance.
